Plan Terms & Conditions

  • All services are subject to availability and credit approval.
  • By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge receiving and understanding our “Customer Agreement” (which includes a full outline of our payment guidelines and requirements) and the IPTV Terms of Service. click here.
  • Internet speed may vary depending on your technical setup, network traffic, server performance, environmental conditions, and other influencing factors.
  • Promotional pricing and waived connection fee requires a 1 year commitment. A termination fee of $75 will be charge to customers who cancel their services before then end of the commitment period.
  • After the 12-month promotional period concludes, regular in-market rates apply.
  • Customers must sign up during this promotional timeframe.
  • Limited time offer - WaveDirect reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust promotional offers and terms at its discretion.
  • All equipment provided by WaveDirect remains the property of WaveDirect and must be returned within 30 days of service cancellation.

 

Employee Purchase Program (EPP) Terms and Conditions

  • By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge receiving and understanding our "Customer Agreement" (which includes a full outline of our payment guidelines and requirements) and the Terms of Service for internet and TV. click here.
  • All services are subject to availability and credit approval.
  • Customers must be a verified employee at an organization that is part of the WaveDirect EPP program.
  • Internet prices are protected for 24 months, and employment verification is required every 2 years from the activation or renewal date to continue receiving EPP pricing.
  • NorthWaveTV prices can change anytime during your subscription.
  • If the customer is no longer employed at an EPP organization, regular in-market rates will apply.
  • A Managed WaveDirect email address is available upon request. Monthly fees apply if Internet service is cancelled.
  • In order to sign up for NWTV services, you must have WaveDirect Internet services.
  • NorthWaveTV services are available on select models of Firestick, Roku, and Apple TV.
  • Bundle includes:
    • NorthWaveTV Starter Package
    • Internet
    • Total Home Coverage
  • If cancellation of NorthWaveTV occurs the customer will be subject to pay the in-market EPP price per month for internet and Total Home Coverage.
  • Bundle packages cannot be stacked with other discounts or promotions.
  • WaveDirect Telecommunications Corporation reserves the right to adjust the terms and/or content of this offer.
