Fibre Drop Authorization

I authorize WaveDirect Telecommunications and/or its authorized contractor, Commtech, to access my property to install, repair, or service a fibre drop connection.

Work may include aerial or buried fibre installations, drilling, securing fibre cable, placing conduit or anchors, and burying cable where required. The final installation path will be determined based on-site conditions, service requirements, and safety.

I understand WaveDirect and/or Commtech will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests and minimize disruption; however, exact restoration to original condition cannot be guaranteed.

I acknowledge WaveDirect and Commtech are not responsible for damage to unmarked private underground items (e.g., sprinklers, invisible fences, private lines).

All installed equipment remains the property of WaveDirect. I authorize future access for maintenance or removal if service is disconnected.

If the site is deemed unsafe, work will be postponed until conditions are addressed.
