• All services are subject to availability and credit approval.
• By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have received and understood our Customer Agreement (which includes full payment guidelines and requirements) and the IPTV Terms of Service. Click here.
• Internet speeds may vary depending on your technical setup, network traffic, server performance, environmental conditions, and other influencing factors.
• This offer is available only to specific eligible addresses in Leamington, as determined by WaveDirect.
• Customers will be connected with cable services initially and moved to equal download fibre speeds once fibre is installed at their residence.
• Customers may choose:
  • Month-to-month: $75 connection fee applies
  • 1-year term: Connection fee waived
    A $75 early termination fee applies if cancelling before the end of a committed 1-year term.
• Offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at WaveDirect’s discretion.

Equipment

• Internet equipment is provided on a rental basis at no additional charge. All equipment remains the property of WaveDirect.
• Equipment must be returned in working condition within 30 days of service cancellation.
• Charges may apply for damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment.

NorthWaveTV

• A WaveDirect Internet service is required to subscribe to NorthWaveTV.
• NorthWaveTV services may be cancelled at any time during the 1-year internet term; however, any related discounts or promotional pricing will be removed if cancelled.
• NorthWaveTV pricing is subject to change at any time.
